19 year old Taquan has been bounced from foster home to foster home since he was 2 years old. He has aged out of the DYFS system and was living on the streets. He is now in his third stay at The Covenant House in Newark, NJ. Admittedly Taquan did not take his fist two attempts at getting back on his feet seriously. He now says its time to get serious, and although not sure how long he will be staying at The Covenant House he knows that staying there is just procrastinating.
