The donations kept pouring in until the volunteers finally packed away the donation table out front.  Those of us in Houston would like to thank all of our subjects for allowing us to tell their stories, the hard-working staff at Covenant House, all the volunteers, and the countless Houstonians who came out to Do 1 Thing today.

Robert Seale is a Houston-based photographer specializing in dynamic editorial, corporate, and advertising portraiture.

Editorial clients include: Sports Illustrated, SI for Kids, ESPN The Magazine, Men’s Health, Forbes, SLAM, Rides, Barron’s, Businessweek and over 200 covers for the Sporting News.

Annual Report/Advertising clients include:  ExxonMobil, Tellabs, Schlumberger, Marathon Oil, EOG Resources, EGL, FMC Technologies,  St. Joseph Medical Center, and Under Armour.

Seale has produced portraits of many of the finest athletes of our time.  His conceptual and lighting skills

are well known throughout the industry.  He applies the same professionalism and technical lighting skills to athletes, celebrities and  CEO’s.

A sought after speaker at both photojournalism and sports photography seminars, Robert has taught location portrait and
lighting technique at numerous photography workshops
throughout the US and Canada.

A native Texan, Robert grew up in the coastal town of Anahuac, a locale more popular with alligators than people.  Following his graduation from Stephen F. Austin State University, Robert began his career as a photojournalist, working as a staffer at several metro newspapers and at a national sports magazine before focusing his business on editorial, corporate, and advertising portraiture.  He lives in Houston with his wife Karen Warren, a photojournalist at the Houston Chronicle.
